B. In today’s world of HRM, a lot of companies use online recruitment companies to gather their pool of applicants. Some of the two common websites are Indeed and Zip Recruiter. To complete the assignment, please perform research on Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and any other online recruitment companies. Even LinkedIn allows job seekers to submit their resume to companies through the LinkedIn website. Once you do some basic research on these items, please create a 1/2 page to 1-page summary of what you found. Do you think one of them is better than the rest? If so, why? What would you recommend using from the HR manager viewpoint?
