This is for a peer-reviewed journal article, which is part 1 of three required for graduation. I am at a roadblock on this paper and could use some help.
I wish to write an article of high enough quality for submission to a peer-reviewed journal. This should be about 15 pages in length. The paper will consider the legal doctrine of acquiescence as detailed in the attached West Virginia Supreme Court cases only, not any other state or case other than those attached.
West Virginia has yet to codify the qualities of acquiescence in connection with boundary retracement or state how a licensed land surveyor should approach it when encountering it during a survey.
This paper should draw conclusions from the attached cases, outline the qualities of acquiescence as defined in the cases, state how a surveyor should approach it, and detail future implications or areas of research.
